dataflow Version 7.003 is released

Dataflow provides accounting software to a wide range of industries and are pleased to announce the release of dataflow Version 7.003.

With this new release, as well as many other new features, our business accounting software now has the Document Storage module included as standard.

This feature gives users the ability to attach any number of documents to many key data items within the system. These include Sales and Purchase accounts, all transaction documents and transactions posted directly to the Sales and Purchase ledgers, as well as Stock and Product item records.

Any number of documents in any format – Word, Excel, scanned images etc. – can be attached. These can then be viewed from the comprehensive dataflow enquiry screens, including those reached via drill-down and across.

One of the many new features is a new ‘Alerts’ facility which has been added to the system and acts as an easy-to-use mini organiser that allows you to create and manage alerts for yourself or other dataflow users and is new to version 7.

All the new enhancements included in this release will also be applied to our Project Management and Accounting, Haulage Management, Storage & Warehousing, Garage Administration, Waste Management, Property Management and School administration systems. All these systems are seamlessly integrated to the dataflow accounting software.
