From M74, Carlisle, Glasgow & the North

Join the eastbound Edinburgh City By-Pass (A720) Continue through Sherrifhall junction to end of A720 at its junction with A1. Take B6145 signposted to Musselburgh past Service station on your left. At mini roundabout take 2nd exit continuing on B6145. After 1 mile turn left at traffic lights and continue to roundabout. Turn right (second exit) onto Newhailes Road. After approximately 100 metres turn into Harbour Point Offices

From A1, Newcastle, Berwick upon Tweed, & the South

Follow A1 northerly to its junction with Edinburgh City By-Pass (A720). Exit A1 and take third exit signposted B6145 to Musselburgh past Service station on your left. At mini roundabout take 2nd exit continuing on B6145. After 1 mile turn left at traffic lights and continue to roundabout. Turn right (second exit) onto Newhailes Road. After approximately 100 metres turn into Harbour Point Offices

From Edinburgh City

Take A1 (Princes Street) sign posted Berwick upon Tweed, Newcastle etc. After nearly 4 miles from city centre take second exit at a roundabout on to A199 signposted Musselburgh. Continue for almost a mile to traffic lights. Turn Right for half a mile to traffic lights (Shell petrol station on your left). Turn right into Newhailes Road and after approximately 100 yards turn left into Harbour Point Offices
