Dataflow releases new Property Management system

Just released is the dataflow Property Management module, which has been written to allow the normal aspects of property management to be processed and the accounting transactions automatically posted to a full multi-company accounting system.

The Property Management system offers full processing functions for the management of properties with single or multiple occupancy. The management may be handled directly, or through a third party management company.

Payments from tenants are recorded in the system and may include agreed deductions for repairs or purchases.

Client or Management Company statements can be produced on a periodic basis to record the commission earned.
