ASSETWARE TECHNOLOGY AND DATAFLOW FORM STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP

11 Sep 2000: AssetWare Technology, leading asset management specialists, and Dataflow, suppliers of enterprise accountancy software, have formed a Strategic Partnership to offer a fully integrated and technically advanced enterprise accounting and asset management system to a worldwide marketplace.

The link between Dataflow and AssetWare is a natural outcome of both the technology (true 32 bit Windows) and the expansion strategy of the two organisations. Both Dataflow and AssetWare Technology offer systems which have been built from the ground up using Windows technology. This provides users with scaleability, rapid development cycles and tight integration with other enterprise systems.

The two companies have both recently announced major new development and expansion plans. Earlier this year Dataflow was the first UK accounting software supplier to offer a WAP enabled system, which allows users to access corporate information from mobile phones. AssetWare Technology (formerly known as Catsoft International), has announced a global expansion plan and a major restructuring of its product portfolio, both moves aimed at consolidating the company’s leading position in the best of breed asset management marketplace.
