Dataflow - Training

Our experience has shown that training plays a key role in achieving a satisfied customer. Dataflow want you to maximize the functionality of your software and lower the total cost of ownership. We want you to exceed the expected levels of return on your investment. Dataflow provides comprehensive and flexible training solutions, which are designed to support all users across all relevant modules.

All training on the Dataflow software takes place on site, thereby reducing the cost to the customer. Post implementation training on further modules or for additional staff can be booked, whenever appropriate.

Initial Training

Enabling delegated members of staff to gain a thorough understanding of the dataflow software and its capabilities is a primary objective of the Implementation and Training Consultant. We will tailor our training schedule to fit in with the company's requirements, so that all key users are fully trained in all the relevant modules.

Ongoing Training

This is undertaken for subsequent users after the original implementation. Each user of the system will have introductory training. Where there are a number of users who have specific training needs, Dataflow can tailor suitable training. Equally, we are happy to support a ‘Train the Trainer’ regime if appropriate.
