Tasks are used to manage processes (e.g. the "selling" process from enquiry
through presentations, demonstrations, proposals and meetings).
Actions are used to record the activity and/or progress against each Task.
Workflow enables new Tasks to be created automatically (e.g. to follow-up an event) and be applied to Users, Contacts, Affiliates and Project members.
Affiliates structures define both many to one and one to many relationships between Customers (e.g. group parent, group members, trade association).
Projects are used to manage processes involving multiple customers, Affiliates and Users.
