Dataflow - Customer Relationship Module

dataflow CRM is a next generation customer relationship management system designed from the bottom up to deliver a seamless capability across the enterprise, regardless of where that capability may be needed. dataflow CRM allows both pre and post sales customer activity to be managed through a single interface.

"Task", "Action" and "Workflow" based, it is intended to bring structure to the customer interface and to improve the quality and efficiency of the services provided, allowing the effectiveness of activity to be monitored.

 
Automating certain tasks reduces risks of errors and releases resources to make use of other opportunities. It also structures the complex "Affiliate" relationships between end customers, specifiers, contractors and suppliers and allows these to be used in "Projects"that manage the process of bidding, winning and fulfilling collaborative contracts.

Tasks

Tasks are used to manage processes (e.g. the "selling" process from enquiry through presentations, demonstrations, proposals and meetings).

Actions

Actions are used to record the activity and/or progress against each Task.

Workflow

Workflow enables new Tasks to be created automatically (e.g. to follow-up an event) and be applied to Users, Contacts, Affiliates and Project members.

Affiliates

Affiliates structures define both many to one and one to many relationships between Customers (e.g. group parent, group members, trade association).

Projects

Projects are used to manage processes involving multiple customers, Affiliates and Users.
