Dataflow - Property Management

The Property Management system offers full processing functions for the management of properties with single or multiple occupancy. The management may be handled directly, or through a third party management company.

Payments from tenants are recorded in the system and may include agreed deductions for repairs or purchases.

Client or Management Company statements can be produced on a periodic basis to record the commission earned.

Users are able to choose whether the accounting data for a particular client/company is posted to a separate accounting company or is consolidated into the management companies accounts.

You can also specify the default accounts the management transactions are posted to, thus allowing the client/company transactions to be clearly identified even if the transactions are consolidated into the management company's accounts.

The heart of the system is the data recorded against the managed 'Properties'. From this information the user is able to see details of the current tenants, and the unit(s) they occupy. Details of any previous tenants ('Archived Tenancies') are retained and the full details and transactions relating to their period as tenants available for interrogation.
