The Pupil ledger

The Pupil Ledger provides a complete record of each pupil showing all their personal details with 7 groupings including Form, House, Type and 4 other user definable headings.

There are facilities to hold as many fees as required with unlimited adjustments against each record. Standard charges can also be held with the ability to post further charges by group, i.e. a field trip, or to individual Pupils. Fees and charges can be allocated to as many fee payers as required.

The automatic bill production produces Fee Bills to all the fee payers. Facilities exist to enable collection of fees by Direct Debit if required. Routines are provided to enable automatic progression of Pupils from one Form to another with the ability to produce Form Lists, House Lists and other lists using the flexible search facilities. There are many standard reports available as well as links to "Office" products via ODBC. Other import and export routines are provided.

The Parent ledger

The Parent Ledger is a modified version of the powerful dataflow Sales ledger with the added ability to list pupils that are connected to a particular "parent". The many powerful features of the standard Sales ledger have been retained to provide full reporting for Aged Debt analysis, Sales Analysis, Parent Analysis, Enquiries and Posting Routines.

The dataflow Stock Ledger has been provided with links to the Pupil Ledger for the on-site shop. Here a Point of Sales Invoice can be raised for immediate payment or charged to the Pupil record for subsequent Billing.

There is also a Payroll module that fully integrates with the financial ledgers.
